Too Cool

About a musician's relationship with a girl. When he "makes it", he becomes "Too Cool" .
All cuts with full band in outside studios (except for Paintwave). Record contract Mainstream records as teen. In original "It's a Beautiful Day". Did album produced by Steve Barncard(produced Grateful Dead's- "American Beauty"). Was 1/2 of a group discovered by Crosby of Stills and Nash. Played lead and sang in group. The album is called simply "Oasis". 8 rock operas (one of which was "Suite Jesus") and over 2000 songs written. As "Johnny Banana" (the same character refered to by Eddie Murphy in Beverly Hills Cop), did a video (and album) entitled "Bullies of the World", shot by PM Magazine producers and local Channel 5 personel. Lead singer in one of the groups featured in the movie, reviewed by the New York Times; "Life and Times of the Red Dog Saloon" (1996). New redited version now entitled : "Rockin' at the Red Dog : The Dawn of Psychedelic Rock". Been studying new technology and am preparing for integrating all these new possibilities. Band/artist history
Above
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Playing dead is really difficult. Holding the instrument is very hard I find, when you have no control of your limbs.
Your musical influences
My dad used to hum in the shower and my mom would sing along. It wasn't until I was 9 that they let me join in. From that time on, I had my musical foundations pretty well set until I heard my first music on Sesame Street. I put my kazoo away and got into some serious yodeling.
What equipment do you use?
This selection of songs is all full band. Now I use only software synths, SX, Ableton Live Etc. and my Hamer Yellow/Black Phantom going through a Danelectro "Dadddy-O".
