Taking its cue from the cut-up techniques frontiered by Beat author William Burroughs and Brion Gysin, musique concrete, and early industrial and hip-hop music, TrypCat attempts to combine samples, found sounds and live recorded performances into cohesive soundscapes which interweave equal parts melody and cacophony...oh yeah, and mostly, we just like to make interesting music with a good beat because it's fun...
