These are a few of my own recordings - things I put together for my own amusement. I play melodeon (button accordion), with Vivant and GIGCB (look for them on this site for more recordings!).
Hear you can hear me playing melodeon, and occasionally, piano and bouzouki.
I live in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, and can be found in many a pub session in the area. I play principally with Mark Prescott in Vivant, and with a large 12 piece ceilidh band, GIGCB, of which more later.
Anything and everything, but acoustic traditional music is what I enjoy best. I particularly admire the music of Chris Wood, Andy Cutting, John Kirkpatrick, Tony Hall, Marc Perrone and many others.
Castagnari melodeons mostly. I have a lovely old Hohner melodeon from the 1930's that gets used heavily too.
These music files are really just some of my experiments, which I share with you for interest - hope you like them! I don't play them live, or at least not in this form (I'd have to split myself into several people to do so!). You can listen to music that I do play live on these band pages and
