I am a solo artist and have been making music for the last four years. I started off making progressive house and breakbeat but grew tired of the same formula that comes with these genres. As my musical taste developed so did my productions and I chose to make chilled-out electronica.
I DJ in clubs and bars and always drop one of my tracks in the set.
Musical influences in no particular order:
Massive Attack, Leftfield, Ulrich Schnauss, Orbital, Aloof, Portishead, Lamb, Boards Of Canada, Christian Kleine, Mum, Album Leaf, Pan American...
I use an Apple Mac with Logic and Reason 2.5, various cool plug-ins and some live instruments when needed. I also use Recycle for chopping up loops.
