Mosquito slayer is actually a one man band, yet it is very hard to notice this fact because the Songs/Tracks sounds pretty much like a METAL BAND recording in Studio. Enjoy!
Band/artist history
It all began in 1998, When I have discovered my ability to record song with the computer. And so, i started recording with my synthesizer cool ideas I had in mind. With time, a year after, I started adding guitars to this midi files I used to record. The results sounded horrible. Time passed and I have gained some experience. The final mixes began to sound much better and people could actually understand what they are listening to. After a few years of dealing with computer editing and recording through the computer, the tracks were getting a professional sound and production. In the Musical Aspect, I started listening specially Power Metal. In the year 2000, it was Iron Maiden's "Brave New World" that opened for me the brave new door to the metal genre. With a lot of help from a good friend and one of the best guitar players I know, Daniel Varfolomeyev, the guitarist of the band Acropolis (http://acropolisband.tk), I started playing with more technique and more style than before. Daniel opened me the door to the Neo-Classic style and I started composing Neo-Classical ideas and combing the neo-classic style in my songs. The bands: Rhapsody, Children of Bodom and Angra helped me to expend this style on my songs. Months went by, and I got myself a new Multi-Effect for my guitar: BOSS GT-5. The BOSS GT-5 is an Amazing tool that helps me recording since September 2003. In these days of June 2005 I got myself a brand new Marshall Tube Combo TSL 60Wx2 and I've been given some tips how to make my Recordings sound with professional production and mixing. I hope you will agree with me while listening to the new Tracks I will publish after June 2005. Bands that has/had a lot of influence on me: Primal Fear, Symphony X, Firewind, Children Of Bodom, Angra , Edguy, Exodus, Rainbow, Deep Purple, Rhapsody, Stratovarius, Judas Priest, HammerFall, Gamma Ray, Iron Fire, Iron Maiden, Pantera...the list goes on and on!
