The Ground Beneath Steve Civerolo Steven Louie Tartaglia Lou Louis Mykey Garcia Mike Michael Alternative Rock Progressive Metal Hard Heavy Albuquerque New Mexic
Steve Civerolo was born in Albuquerque, NM, on June 10, 1983. His father had just recently come off the road with his band, hanging out with legends such as The Who and others. Steve got his first guitar for Christmas 1993 at the age of 10, after many years of piano lessons. His father gave him a few lessons and permission to use his amplifier and the road was paved for a lifetime of slowly going deaf. Steve met Louie Tartaglia in April 2000 and was immediately impressed with not only his committment to the band, but also his aggressiveness on the drums. Louie was born in Albuquerque, NM on March 7, 1981. At fifteen and eighteen years of age, Steve and Louie powered the short lived soap opera of a band called Struck Blind whose live shows met with critical acclaim. Steve met Mykey back in early 2004 but the two really clicked on 7-19-04. Mykey was born in Albuquerque, NM, on March 5, 1980. Steve was immediately impressed with his affinity towards the exact same bands that Steve calls his favorites and also a similar musical background. Mykey currently joins us on full time bass playing as he is the man. We currently have the funds to make a real silver disc in a real expensive studio. Later in the year we start work on it. As always we are able to keep booking, recording and playing in and out of state without the slightest hesitance.
