RCM is a something different then your average music. Its something new, something that has not been done before. Mixing everything, from old jazz songs with new hip hop beats, to old horror movies with new jazz songs. A rising start coming out of the northwest.
Not very old, RCM has just started his career. Forming his own label and making portland more of a music scene.
