Mosinee Paper
Glitchy, dark, experimental IDM. (Although it might be tough to dance to.)

The Defragmentation of Noises in Southern Africa The Defragmentation of Noises in Southern Africa
I'm not able to really describe this track. Probably one of the best recent recordings.
Cacti Narcotic Cacti Narcotic
The first track from the completely destroyed and recreated demo. Much better in quality than anything from the rough recordings. Much smoother and less abrasive, also.
Winter Front Winter Front
Another track from the reconstructed demo. BPMs higher than the other tracks. Solid IDM cut.
Hai Hai
The first track from the entire rough demo. A short song in two parts. More of an introduction than anything else.

Mosinee Paper is a one-man sort of thing, influenced mostly by early tape music and ambient electronica. I've been using an assortment of cheap, lo-fi equipment to produce quirky, glitchy, IDM tracks.Band/artist history
Mosinee Paper started making music in 1999, and have around 140 recorded tracks. The first piece of equipment used was an extremely precarious Cheetah Sampler. That's long gone.Have you performed in front of an audience?I can't play live. That would mean dragging along a few hundred pounds of equipment and looking stupid pressing play on my computer and standing there.
Your musical influences
Musical influences? :Zoviet*France:, Aphex Twin, Oval, Nobukazu Takemura, Terry Riley. What equipment do you use?
That's also an inside thing. However, I'll give away the fact that I record most of my samples with a hand-held tape recorder. Those samples are then recorded by Cakewalk, converted by Waver 2.92 (absolutely free), and shoved into loops and the like.Contact
