A loud, noisy aggressive Pittsburgh punk band that plays guitar solos and drinks a lot of beer.
Liverball, now defunct, was a Pittsburgh punk rock/noise/beer kinda band that had a nice run in the early 90's..playing shows around the Pittsburgh area with bands such as Anti-Flag, Submachine, The Cynics, as well as opening for national acts such as New Bomb Turks, Ten Foot Pole and the like...Liverball played music that a lot of people likened to late period Black Flag, with nods to such bands as The Pixies and '77 punk. Was signed to indie labels Get Hip, Ripe, and Chicken Khaihatsu, so theres some vinyl and comps out there somewhere. Also appeared on the first two Iron City Punk cd comps. We still regruop at least once a year to play a show, so,
at this time, no.
Black Flag, Iggy Pop, The Ramones, The Pixies, Black Sabbath, Beer, Naked Chicks
