Your music is complicated and passionate. It speaks to me. "Unpretty", is outstanding. Nice cranium, looks familiar. You should rate me too. Check out my new track,"So what domestic".

constructive criticism: you can't sing. you way off key. you can't seem to jive your vocals with your piano playin`, or whatever that is. im not a musician, but i do listen to music, and yours isn't. i apologize. you just can't sing. but i do admire your ability to compose music. maybe you should just owe the singing to other talented singers, you just can't sing your own songs. life's not fair. that's the way it is. stop singing. compose more songs, and perhaps, you'll be someday dubbed as one of the country's great composers, too bad she can't sing. pretty face though. very gothic looking.

Hello there, I admire your poetry. I read the lyrics to some of your songs and they tell me somehow, you have your way with words.
Your voice/style is quite disturbing, but not in "the good way", I must say. (Your rendition of TLI's "Doll's Head" pops in my head once in a while, though I can't explain why) The emotions you want to convey to the listeners are hardly felt since you exaggerate with your voice a little too much. You have a 'haunting' voice. Close to perfection (when it comes to being off-key but not overdoing it so you still sound pleasant), but not quite. Have you tried considering Tori Amos'/Wawi Navarroza's style?
You seem like you are trying to be the voice of an angry/unheard 5 y.o. child through your music. That's the only thing that comes to mind after hearing your samples.
I'm only speaking for myself though, no offense sweetheart.

Hi Eudoxia,
I admire your passion for the music you create. Such heart and soul is rare in musicians nowadays. You also have a knack for writing beautiful words that hit right through the gut. Good work.
Nevertheless, I must agree with one of the comments posted on this board - work on the quality of your voice and technical skills. Your off-key moments can be aurally jarring. I know that you want your music to be unique, and I applaud you for this, but please consider using this technique in moderation. This "flaw" can actually distract your listener and take attention away from your music. Remember that although music is forged by raw emotion, it is the technique that brings it home to its audience.
Please accept my comments, from one musician (and producer) to another, with an open mind.
I look forward to more songs, and better mixes from you. I'll be waiting.

hey Libby!
i think my only criticism would be you're ability to hold key. I think there's some confusion over what notes sung go with what's being played (that just might be me now that i've read your response on the message board).
I think you're lyrics are great and the music is excellent, but work on the quality of your voice and try and focus on then right notes and the key signature because I feel like sometimes you're rushing it.
But when you sing the emotion, I can feel it.
Please don't hate me
Love Susan.

Hey Girl,
My name is Jim, but people call me the lizard king. I listen to your songs...I liked them A LOT! Especially "Don't take your life." I think your lyrics and musical style are very unique and will be successful in your singing carreer. I know you probably get this alot but, you have influenced me so much I started my own band called "Frozen Tears" It's me and my friend Erica, she sings and I play the keytar. Be sure to let me know when you are playing live...I would "take my life" for a chance to see you! Hehe. Maybe we could play a show together too! Email me whenever at mds1789@yahoo.com

Sorry, but I just couldn't help but make a comment to the last post, the one by Kristen Nakasone.
It is true. I know that my music sounds like screaming and wailing. How off key it gets at times, however, shouldn't be a major point of concern as I sometimes get myself to sound off key on purpose. Moreover, when people listen to my music, I want them to feel the emotions, to hear the message, to appreciate the overall sound, and not to criticize the technical things too much.
My music is not for everyone as not everyone will like the music I make. Though it is sad to admit, I can't make my music cater to everyone. I think only those who somehow get to appreciate oddities and unconventionalities in music will actually like my stuff.
Hope all that clears things up for the visitors of my Soundclick page. Viva true music- music that comes from the heart!
