Introducing the dexterful pianist, Robert Chan.
Robert Chan began his piano studies at the age of three. Born in New York, he received his early musical training at the Juilliard School from Olegna Fuschi (Juilliard School director and student of Seymour Bernstein). He eventually studied with many other internationally acclaimed pianists. He has attended both the Manhattan School of Music and Mannes College of Music on full scholarships. By age 11, he had already received the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music DipABRSM and 2nd Place in the annual New Jersey Piano Competition. He has since been a participant of the Eastman School of Music International Competition (one of 22 selected over 500), two time winner of the C.W. Post College Piano Competition and Annual C.W. Post College Concerto Competition, and a performer at Carnegie Hall.
He currently attends the University of Chicago and is a part of both the Piano and Chamber Programs as well as various Hyde Park music groups.
