Progressive dark Techno producer. Hard, groovy and synthetic bass and drums lines. Dark ambience and melodies. Minimalistic concept
INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION WAS A PRELUDE FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL MUTATION OF MANKIND. TODAY PRE-MADE THOUGHT PATTERNS CREATE A NEW KIND OF HUMAN BEHAVIOUR. PEOPLE DON'T ACT AS INDIVIDUALS ANYMORE, BUT AS GROUPS. EVEN THOUGH, THEY ARE PROGRAMMED TO THINK NO ONE IS EQUAL TO ANY ONE. NEVERTHELESS, OUR BLINDNESS REACHES RECORD LEVELS IN ALL OF HISTORY. IN THE BACKGROUND, TECHNOLOGICAL EVOLUTION MAKES HUMANITY MORE AND MORE DEPENDENT ON SCIENCE AND ENERGY, AND LESS IN CONTACT WITH OUR PRIMAL ESSENCE AND NATURE. TECHNOLOGY'S INFLUENCE CREATES A GROWING ALIENATION OF OUR REAL POSITION IN THE WORLD, AND URBAN ENVIRONMENT GENERATES STRESS IN PEOPLE'S MINDS WITH ITS NON-STOP CLAIM FOR ATTENTION. EVERYTHING IS NOISY, DISTURBING, VIOLENT, STRONG. EVERYONE'S PHYSICAL SENSES ARE OVERWHELMED WHILE OUR SUBTLE CAPACITIES TO FEEL ARE COMPLETELY UNDEVELOPED. THE CONCEPT OF THIS MUSIC IS TO SUGGEST TRANSCENDENCE OF THIS OVERWHELMED STATE OF SENSES BY SHOWING SUBTLENESS BEYOND NOISE, THUS MAKING PEOPLE ABLE TO SEE, HEAR AND FEEL THE O R D E R BEYOND UP TO DATE, COMPLETE CHAOS. ################################################# Dark, progressive and minimalistic Techno, with an old school industrial flavor. It sometimes sounds like, but it's NOT Minimal Techno, it's more similar to Schranz (German dark techno) or Prog Tek than Minimal. Anyway, the music is very individual, mixing hard beats with tripy and slow melodies.
Band/artist history
fell in love with techno and the number of paradoxes it contains, and started making some. Such a human music only being played by machines show a new level of control over music: the mind control. The ability to synthesize any sound is also breathtaking, so electronic music in general has opened a really vast (infinite?) spectrum of abstract and imaginative musical creations. this is simply wonderful.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
As often as i have the opportunity!! I love playing live, it's just as fun as it can get. I also like to feel the vibe the music makes, as after sometime producing a given song, i kinda get used to it... it' always great to see the reaction of fresh listeners!
Your musical influences
Chris Liebing, Adam Beyer, UMEK, Chris Liberator, Ben Sims, Ritchie Hawtin, dj Rush, Valentino Kanzyani, Monika Kruse, Pump Panel, Pascal FEOS, Stanny Franssen. Pantera, Skinny Puppy, Fear Factory, Ministry, Nail Bomb, Sepultura... and a LOT of other people. But the music is also very personal. It always MUST come from inside.
What equipment do you use?
FL Studio 8, lots of vst and dxi plugins and my voice.
Anything else?
thanx for dropping by!! i'd like to communicate with anyone interested in politics (counter-culture) and philosophy, who's as angry as me to see how people in this world love their fucking blindness. Send an e-mail (don't be shy!) to: qa.doom@gmail.com
