'Heroes' (2025)
when I first heard this song in 1977 it was a musical awakening, not just with Bowies use of synths but Fripps guitar was mind bending..

A Day in the Life
we decided to tackle 'day in the life' as we'd just done another psychedelic track ('the real thing') and thought let's just do it, lol!

The Real Thing
another one of our covers from the psychedelic sixties, this AUS classic written by Johnny Young should have been an international breakout smash but alas it wasn't to be...the world took the BG's from us but little else till LRB, Men@Work and INXS!

Wind Up Ballerina
a song I wrote with Rick with Bruce joining in with some really nice strings. I went for a mix of lush sound and a nostalgic tinge that should hopefully transport listener to a time some forty years ago.

The way things go
synth-pop is one of our fave genres and a space we play in big time and to make this recording special we have Mr Rick Smerage on keys!

Only Rock&Roll
great rock out with the fellas and very fortunate to have Matt K give us some of his trademark shredding for sure! Hes a hell of a guitarist!

Continental Divide
song I wrote with Rick and I mixed using samples of Kath's vocals and Bruce's synths - I created an arrangement of which was inspired by a song from Pros and Cons (Waters)

Starman
new mix of 'starman', which Gary and myself have done as a tribute to Bowie with a deliberate 'unplugged' version of which we both thought could work.

Nobody Home
perhaps...IMO...the most revealing and honest song ever penned by Roger (and he wrote a lot of those types of songs...) Bruce, myself and Kath rounding out this nu-mix version.

Take It All (extendedMIX)
euro dance track which would work in a lot of clubs there, in our humble opinion, lol!

Comes Around (Goes Around)
song we did with John and added some wild guitar and some ooh's and ahh's and went for a real anthemic type rock out! the world needs balance, it honestly has none of that at the moment...sad...

Fame (HeavyMIX)
did several Bowie covers with Gary - this is one of our faves as we went for an industrial 'nine inch nails' type feel/vibe - this song can be funky and it can also be heavy....

Comfortably Numb
if Roger Waters had not made music his profession the world would have missed out on a lot...a lot...to measure the effect and influence that he and his band PF had on generations of fans and musicians is IMO not an easy task...lol!

Drugs
song I first heard in high school and thought who is this band, who wrote it and how freaking good was it - found out pretty soon it was David Byrnes Talking Heads and my musical world would never be the same...that's not my beautiful house..

Big Sky Fade
song by Gary and myself - we also did a track called, 'Getting Dark' and it's these two songs which always come back to me out of the many we've written.
