Almost April is a 4 piece Alternative Pop-Rock band from New York City. They are currently touring with some of the best American modern rock bands and are working on their first professional demo. Formerly residing in Philadelphia, this band has quickly drawn up a loyal fan base because of it's new yet classic alternative sound. Their live shows always seem to go beyond simply playing songs. "We like to hang out and drink with our fans after shows, not only because we love our fans, but because we love drinking for free," says bassist Douglas "Wang" Eng. They have been drawing a massive amount of music fans to their shows, many of whom also listen to the likes of Third Eye Blind, Fountains of Wayne, Weezer, The Replacements, REM, Counting Crows, Jimmy Eat World, The Beatles, Foo Fighters and The Gin Blossoms. The band has placed an acoustic version of their song "Wasted" and demo versions of their songs "Cocaine", "Sunday" and "Back In Line" on SoundClick for their fans. These songs will be on their upcoming demo, free to fans at all of their shows. If you would like Almost April to tour with you, get in line. So does everybody else.
