el12 Opole Politechnic Band - Generacja 2.0 is a new musical project, the premiere of which took place on May 22, 2021 during the second cruise of the 9th edition of "With an orchestra on the Oder". The idea and shape of the band were born in October 2020 during one of the evenings of the 24th edition of the Music Workshops. The originator of the project is Przemys?aw ?lusarczyk. The band started working on a new repertoire in January 2021. The repertoire includes songs bordering on jazz, rock and pop, with blues elements and improvisations.
The band is composed of musicians recruited from the Opole University of Technology Orchestra and the Opole Elektryczniak Brass Band:
- Bartosz Dorosiewicz - tenor saxophone,
- Michal Duszak - bass guitar,
- Gustaw Rydzak - percussion instruments,
- Przemyslaw Slusarczyk - stage piano,
- Rafal Slusarczyk - percussion instruments.
