My Transparency Intro; Is not merely the opening or introduction to this album. In fact, this intros lyrics are actually the conversation I had with GOD concerning the content I was instructed to share.

Annas Blues is about my late mother, Anna Jean Evans; who passed away at age 16; when I was a 1-year-old toddler and my sister was only 10 months old.

Can I Be Honest; has a multi meaning; as it not only deals with the share in this piece but also whats being shared throughout the entire My Transparency Pt. 1 Album. Honestly, Can I be honest is really a rhetorical question.

In My Pen My Pad, I used different types of writing instruments and tools as well as different writing styles and intertwined them into my life story.

By Design is my life story in a 3 minute and 21 second piece. And Only God could make it so that I could start from my childhood and go into my adulthood and convey a pretty detailed outline of my life and it not take 10 minutes to do so.

The Piece or the song One Thing is an oxymoronic piece. As I go on to list several things. So, One Thing is actually about; if I could; I would change any one; or all of these things.

Fall Apart is about a few different things. Emotions, private thoughts, disappointments, shortcomings, the feeling of not measuring up to Gods expectations; when Im so desperately wanting to. Basically, emotionally falling apart.

Breathe Life Into Me deals with image, others perception of me, and the pressure of having to continuously maintain my countenance; all while going thru something very difficult and very challenging. And GOD being my only Go to.

You Are Greater deals with unintentional slips and mistakes; and how harshly I can judge myself; although Ive already sincerely asked God for forgiveness.

Somebodys Baby is about the especially close bond and relationship shared between my Grandmother and me. Shes also one of the two strong women that I mentioned; who raised me.

Dear Lil Me is obviously a letter to my younger self. To that quiet, shy, withdrawn little girl. To write this piece I actually looked back and remembered little me. And I wrote to her. I wrote to dear lil me.

The My Transparency Outro, although a closing to the MY TRANSPARENCY Pt.1 Album, its not an ending. As it suggests and invites you to take another look, another a listen to everything I have been attempting to convey thru sharing my gift of writing.
