I'm a singer / songwriter focusing on soft Christian Jazz as well as light blues. I am a lyricist as well as composer. Sometimes the lyrics come first; sometimes I hear a melody and the lyrics follow.
I'v always been interested in music and Entertainment, but wasn't able to pursue my passion until later in life. But, I went back to school; got my certificate in Commercial Entertainment with an emphasis in music and am currently writing and performing many of my original works.
I have performed in community theater productions; Church performances and at other live events.
Much of my performance style was influenced by Johnny Mathis; Diane Krall, and Boz Skaggs.
I create my own music arrangements with a software program called "Band In A Box". I know it sounds cheesy, but it is a remarkable composing tool. Then I drop the arrangements into logic pro X to fine tune and put the finishing touches on my arrangements.
I enjoy getting constructive feedback from other artist, because I'm always looking to raise the bar on my performances.
