Rhonda Clemmons is putting her signature mark on the music industry as she shares her talent with audiences everywhere. Rhonda acquired the interest to sing at a very early age. At the age of 3 she was belting out songs by Loretta Lynn and Tammy Wynette. She credits her Mom and Dad for teaching her to play the guitar and for sharing their music with her.
Rhonda relocated to Salem, Virginia in May of 2004. Rhondas performance schedule not only covers Muncie Indiana and its surrounding area to include venues such as Skyline Bar and Grill, Buddys Place, Red Dog Saloon, Texas Road House, Anchor Grill, a circuit of 12 nursing and retirement centers, a magnitude of community sponsored events and most recently a TV special. She has expanded her performances to include a wide area of Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina. Rhondas eastern travels have been most impressive. Her performances for Peademont TV, chain restaurant grand openings, Chip & Jos Restaurant and one of Virginias most nostalgic landmarks, the Hilltop Restaurant has enabled her to build a solid fan base and return appearances are constantly in demand. Although Rhondas personal appearances are steadily increasing, she is balancing her time between performing, songwriting, and preparing material for another CD project.
Rhonda is fortunate to have the opportunity to be part of a trio of Nashvilles top songwriters. The Nashville circle takes her songwriting talent very serious and at present time some of her songs are on hold by some of the greats in Country Music.
Rhonda recorded and released a CD of self-penned songs in December 2003. Plans are meticulously being put in place for another recording project to take place in the spring and summer of 2006. This project will continue to showcase Rhondas wide range of versatility. Rhondas determination to make every minute of every day productive allows her to share her musical talent and sincere goodwill to fans all around through her personal appearances, charitable appearances, and house concerts. Rhonda has the finesse to entertain audiences small to many thousands.
