Have you performed in front of an audience?
I have to admit that I don't like performing live, however I do perform when I have to and somewhat surprisingly I make a good fist of it.
Your musical influences
David Sylvian (Japan), Martin Gore (Depeche Mode), Neu, Air, Bowie/Eno, Peter Gabriel, Portishead, Scott Walker, Talk Talk, Radiohead, 78-82 Ultravox, Kraftwerk,Early Black, The The, Can, Early Human League, Goldfrapp, Gorillaz, Radiohead, Julian Cope & The Humans and the films of David Lynch, Lars Von Trier, Anton Corbijn,Duncan Jones, Peter Strickland, Wim Wenders & Tomas Alfredson. The art of Rothko, Kline, Warhol, Bacon & Picasso. I'm not sure why but for a long time now I have felt like a new European citizen, so I feel obliged to add the names of Joseph Beuys & Conny Plank.
What equipment do you use?
A PC, Cubase 5, virtual instruments, Novation X-Station, Yamaha electric guitar, RED Brunswick Electro/Acoustic guitar, mixing desk, AKG D5 Dynamic microphone, Apple i-pad & a TC Helicon Voicetone Processor.
Anything else?
Always judge a book by its cover, 'cos after all what you see is what you get and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
