Church folk groups. Street fairs. Talent shows. Restaurant bars. A handful of roles in musical theater and operetta. The usual small town opportunities. Although I began writing songs around 1973, I have rarely performed my original compositions publicly and have only begun in 2013 to share them with friends and acquaintances via the Internet. I have played a few of them at churches and other songwriter showcases.
Yes. I play a few times a year for special occasions. Most recently I was honored to sing at author Ann Hite's booksigning at Malaprops Books in Asheville, NC.
