SCHOLAR BOI,,,,,,,,, is CAMERON COON.................. Cameron creates all styles of music from instrumental Hard Rock Beats to soft acoustic Pop, from R&B to Hard Core Rap and Mainstream Hip-Hop. An easy way to put it is Scholar Boi plays what he wants to play, sings what he wants to sing, and records and produces who he wants to record and produce.
Cameron was born in Arcadia, CA and moved to western colorado was he was about 5 years old..... Growing up he had alot of brothers and sisters due to divorces after divorce after remarriage after remarriage..... Having so many brothers and sisters opened the door to having many friends and therefore many different hobbies. Cameron first picked up the guitar age 10 when he asked his Mom to teach him everything she knows (which wasn't much). As he went through school music didn't really play a part in his life. His early years were filled with sports, socialism and partys.......Finally when he was about 15 years old when he decided to have something in common with his oldest brother Chris and joined the school's choir program at Grand Junction High. It was then he picked up the guitar again and started playing every day and night to this day. In choir cameron started to learn music theory and learn how to read staff, along with playing the piano. Now of course there was an underlining reason for being in choir and that reason was to have the necessary skills to start a band,,,, to get the chicks (duh). And "WiTHiN" was formed.....
