I've played guitar for a while but only recently hooked up the guitar to my PC to be able to record. I'm having fun learning how to record something that doesn't sound terrible, I'm not sure if I'm there yet.
The band has a pretty sort history but its already got songs distributed worldwide thanks to soundclick.
Live in my living room is about the height of it.
70's rock guitar, Zepplin, Hendrix, AC/DC, 90's gunge, metallica, Muse, coldplay. Basically any pieace of music that I like the sounds of, is an influence.
I use the brehinger UCG102 guitar link to hook my guitar up to the PC. For effects I use the AC Box Como virtual effects. For drums I used the which is great. To emulate bass guitar I pitch shift an electric down an octave. I use audacity as a DAW but I'm finding it a bit clunky and are considering getting REAPER.
