Born in DC on January 25, 1986. From a child, i knew that I was different from the rest of my family. Started rapping and writing poetry on and off around 8 or 9 years of age. Kept my poetry to myself, and rapped with my cousins. Never took it seriously until my 10th grade year. Listening to my peers rapping at the lunch table, had me thinking. I knew that I could join in and be a part of it, but never had any interest in battling. As I was watching Bow Wow on Punk'd, I heard him say "money comes a dime a dozen", that's what sparked it. That's when I became serious. In the beginning it was about the money until the Truth hit me. If I make this about money, the ultimate end will be failure, BUT if I do this for the Love and Passion of it, I will succeed. At that time, I didn't know that God was speaking to me. It was not until I became a partner/a daughter of Jehovah Jireh Christian Fellowship that I realized this was my calling. Mercy is the first official song that is done and copyrighted. But all in all, after finding out the Truth, I never did, won't, and never will take the glory for whatever I recite/rap. All of the glory goes to God, cuz without Him I wouldn't be able to write anything. Without the Holy Spirit, I wouldn't be able to minister in music/spoken word, not perform.
Yes. I've performed at my church, plays, and an art gallery. I love every moment of performing. My special moments are seeing and hearing the audience reactions at the end. All glory goes to God.
