United Voices is a sound out straight out of heaven by way of Dallas, Texas. The group, comprised of anointed psalmists and minstrels alike, was formed in 2002. The members of the group are: Jocquelyn P., Shena C., Tiffany M., LaChrisha B., Ebony C., Cecilia F., Alicia T., Ryan B., Jerrett H., Bryan C., Kenny W., and Kevin P. Though their message is the gospel their genre is not easily defined. The sound of United Voices can only be categorized as the residual of a true relationship with God.
The groups self-titled sophomore offering was released in October of 2010. United Voices finds the group more vocally and spiritually mature. The album also displays the members other musical giftings which range from songwriting to producing. The listener will hear eclectic musical sounds featuring influences from The Temptations, Earth, Wind, and Fire, and many more. The group cites John 4:36 as their foundational scripture. Their purpose as a unit is to bear fruit and be fruit gatherers through our ministry of witnessing, psalm, worship, and sacrifice.
