Thomas TMN Chaillan grew up in the South of France before moving to San Francisco where he began to hone his guitar skills and made his first studio recordings. After a brief stay in Liverpool, he went on to Morocco where he served as lead guitarist for the house band at the Monte Cristo, a staple of Marrakech night life. In 2010, he signed with Neuchâtel based Damp Records and started his solo project: TMN. He also began to tour with Swiss reggae pioneers The Moonraisers, playing major festivals and venues around Europe including the Montreux Jazz Festival. He also served as a session guitarist for world renowned house artist DJ Yves Larock.
Thomas TMN Chaillan's influences range from Frank Zappa to J.S. Bach and everything in between, and his hope is that is music can find an audience as broad and diverse as his own musical tastes.
