S.Y.R.A.Q.U.S.E. started out in a rap group called Chokehold back in 2000. He was the youngest rap artist that was from Texas. It was a group of four and they hailed from Phoenix, AZ. The group sold about 15,000 copies and opened up for artist such as Clipse, Nas, G-Unit, Royce Da' 5'9 and more. The group grew away from each other and pursued their individual careers and parted ways around 2006. S.Y.R.A.Q.U.S.E. continues to produce for local and established acts while pushing his individual artist career.
