Lilith is a Black Doom Metal Band that combines extreme and fast parts with melodic and slow parts. We are people involved in the underground secene for more than 10 years, but as a band for 4 years....
Band/artist history
Lilith was formed in the middle of the year 99, in La Paz - Bolivia (South America) with the following line up: Marcelo (Drums), Christopher (Vocals), Pedro A. (Guitar, Vocals). The band had no name until LILITH was suggested, for being the first woman of Adam and also the first female demon. Without a keyboard player and a bass player, the band begins to compose songs with many limitations, but also with many desires. Lilith began to work on covers of some important bands like : Marduk, Dimmu Borgir, OldMan's Child, Hypocrisy, etc. At the end of the 99, David (Bass), Boris Algarañaz (Keyboard) and Huáscar (Guitar) got into LILITH, with these members certain stability is achieved, and is time to play for first time live with Kranium (Peru), Effigy of Gods, Subvertor, etc. In the city of La Paz- Bolivia, everything shows that the level of the band is in the middle of progress. There were 3 complete songs, which were glad enough to the Bolivian scene. After this, Lilith begins to play live more times, and to win respect in the Bolivian scene. In February of the 2000, Huáscar and Boris Algarañaz left the band for personal reasons and because of studies. The band was found in problems, since the missing keyboard was very notorious, but was equal to the creation of more songs. In April of the 2000, after a long search, Boris Barroso (keyboard) got into LILITH. The things begin to work better, achieving 8 songs in total, with a complete passion. Without no support of records company neither an auspiciator, Lilith begins the recording of their debut album," The Conquering of the Eternal Wisdom". In 2003 Boris Barroso (keyboards) Left the Band as player but helps the band to produce the next and more evolutioned new Album (COMING SOON!!!).
