This music project is based on old games made for many patforms, DOS, Nintendo, Colleco Vision, Intellivision, Vectrex, C64, Amiga and other arcade retro games from the 80's and 90's, and many track titles are based on many famous computer games.Band/artist history
Glimmy Lightspeed was started in 2006 as a fun experimant, not intend to be anything special, but as time went on it took shape into a music project and in jaunuary 2010 the debut CD was complete. :)
The music tells new alternate stories about what the game characters do now or what they did before they was famous or what they did between the game episodes, things that have been unknown until now. :-)
Of course you have to use your own imagination when you listen to Glimmy Lightspeed's music, but if you try hard enough you might get lucky. ;-)
All sound effects used in the music are taken from old games and all of them are free to use and into the public domain these days.Your musical influences
