Musician & Songwriter
John Ganimead started composing professionally in August 2000. He received top reviews on his composition "Eclipse ?" and the very haunting "KURSK". The follow up "Cosmos" also received equal attention. Since then he has received numerous high rankings for his compositions which have earned him the title of "King of the Abstract charts".
Achievements:
MP3 Grammy Awards winner in 2001 and three nominations in 2002 gaining him two further awards. Most recently Ganimead's Soundscape music was featured on a cable network station in New York, and "Eclipse?" was featured in a PBS documentary depicting the "Trail of Tears". Ganimead has also composed background themes for the popular CBS series 'Navy CIS'
April 2008, Ganimead's song "Space Rock's" was voted top song on WSVN-Radio and will be featured on their upcoming CD "Best of WSVNRadio"
Oct 2011 Ganimead's music featured on popular Japanese TV series.

Jean Michel Jarre, Hector Zazou, Bjork, Genesis, Kitaro, Mike Oldfield, Enya, Pink Floyd, Kraftwerk, AC/DC, Tom Rush, James Taylor, Fleetwood Mac, Elvis, Alkana, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan & John Lennon. Just to mention a few! Last but not least I have always been inspired by Classical Music.

Over all a good production, but I would use live instruments when ever possible for real production value. Though I do not speak the language used for the lyrics the melody matches the lyrics well. Way too much reverb for my taste .
