When It Rains It Pours
Another hokey country thing with my 100 year old parlor and slide on my steel bodied.

Body Ache
This was the quickest thing I have ever recorded, tempo wise too. I did this in one evening from start to finish, last night actually. Made up the words after I recorded everything at the last minute. Its kind of ruff but still fun. I guess this is k

Pennies, Pennies, Pennies
Just a quick loose thing. First time I've recorded anything like this. Singing is bad as usual but at least I am not yodeling.

I Don't Want To Be A Hick No More
First off, this song is just a joke so no offense to anyone who may be inclined to be offended, like hicks. I actually made this up when I was 15 or 16, over 25 years ago. Kind of a parody on the Beverly Hillbillies.

River River
I cant always make up songs about hillbillies and aliens so here is one about a letter and a river. Threw some words together in about 10 minutes for this one.

Two Faced Honey
Here is another bitter piece of country hokum, with banjo and all. I have a ton of songs like this but never considered recording them until a few weeks ago. I literally just learned the banjo today when recording this so it is a bit buried in the mi

Cigarettes and Whiskey
If hell had a studio this is what it would sound like, ridiculous vocals and sitar included. This is an old song from the 40's that my kids like. You can here the original here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7T7yhYJrJ2U&feature=related

Garbage Can
I don't have a clue where I came up with these words. This is a fast one and my slide kept coming off because my finger was sweating so much, so there are quite a few missed notes and such. But then again, this isn't a classical recital or anything.
