Albert Ball was an 18 year old fighter pilot who died in the first world War.

This song was the title song for an entire album of music I wrote when in England. I believe I wrote this just after my 18th birthday, which occurred when I was in England.

Old school rock

A song I wrote when I was 17. The chorus is exactly as was, musically and lyrically. The verses are different in both ways because I very imperfectly recall the original.

The melody on this is very haunting, as witness I remember it perfectly after 45+ years having not heard it once.

The problem is that I do remember this song. With much reluctance I finally recorded it and had fun doing so.
