The 13th memory verse on the course, but the first I recorded. The chorus is a word for word version of John 13:34 as it is translated in the NIV. The verse is just my thoughts about it.

This is 14th memory verse, but the second I put to music for my class. It's the NIV version of John 3:18. The middle eight is my own thought.

Once again, this is a memory verse from my Grade 11 Bible class, the 16th in number, and in this case 1 Peter 5:5-6. It's a word for word rendition based on the NIV, with commentary in the refrain. Actually, it amounts to 2 refrains, I guess...

Memory verse 17; this is a word for word of Ephesians 5:3 and it was VERY tough to put to music, frankly. I think it works, however.

Once again, a memory verse, number 18 of 24. This one is 1 Peter 2:11.

This is, yet again, a memory verse song. In this case two at once (19 & 20 on the list): Proverbs 12:22 & Leviticus 19:11.

This is a very profound verse and the fourth in my selection of Grade 11 memory verses.

This song grew out of the bass-line and out of a desire to get back to singing about what really matters. It seemed like a good flagship song for my memory verse album, even though it is not a memory verse itself.
