A Mixed Blessing

This is my late-2003 first Soundclick single, re-uploaded after seven months of shame for your own amusement.

It's another instrumental, and sounds all sunny and happy, very appropriate for the time of year. It's in two parts: first it rocks, then it's slower and tranquil. I hope you like it!

A long, progressive instumental.

A rather energetic instrumental, reminiscent of 'I Should Coco'-era Supergrass.

This is a short, heavy one. I like the sound of the chorus.

A song that evokes a sincere lack of regrets and sadness about leaving the most despised people in your life behind, the satisfying knowledge that you will never need to see or encounter them again.

A power-chord based, rather heavy and repetitive chord patterm, with a gung ho feel to it, hence the silly title.

This is a quiet, badly-played song that was written in about 2 minutes. It sounds quite good, despite my appalling musicianship.

This short but much-changing song goes from a riff, to slow, and then to fast.
