Artestar was form in 2003.. Drum - Man Bass - Adi Vocal 1 - Ary Vocal 2 - Nora Guitar - Zaki Music influence by Dream Theater, Yngwie Malmsteen, Rainbow

Firstly before Artestar,it was Sacred Myth.It was formed in late 2001 with Zaki on guitar,Arep on guitar,Farhan on bass,Norman on drums & Ary on vocals.We played cover songs like Iron Maiden,Helloween and Black Sabbath.In early 2002 Erwan take over Ary on vocals and Iswan took over Arep on guitar.Arep join the band Novice,which hapened to be my other friend's band.In that yr,we play our very first competition which is at Youth Park.We played a song "Heaven & Hell"by Black Sabbath.We just played it for fun and exposure.We didnt think much about winning it.After the com,we continue jamming like usual until 2003 where our band line-up changed.Ady from Novice join us,replacing Iswan on guitar and Ary make a comeback on vocals.So we decided to change our band name.We called it Artestar.Meaning in Persian is Warrior.With the new band we really improved a lot by making our own songs and our own style of music.2003 was the best year for Artestar because we played a quite number of competitions and gigs too,for example in Planet Paradigm,Jams 2000 and Woodlands CC.In early 2004,we take a break for a year where most of us have something urgent to attend.Finally 2005,we formed up again with a new member,Nora on vocals.But sadly Farhan had to leave the band because of urgent matters.So the new line up is Nora & Ary on vocals,Norman on drums,Zaki on guitar & Ady on bass.So now with the new band and new overwhelming spirit we are now concetrating on making our owns songs.Check it out

Yes..We played at Jams 2000,Paradigm and Youth Park..We really enjoy it very much..We hope to play more on gigs and coms..
