Multi-instrumentalist Seeks Others for Songwriting
49 year old, primarily bass and guitar player of minor abilities employing Ebow and other treatments, lessor facility on analog keyboards and devices, seeks collaborater(s) to record originals in a prog influenced, rock vein or where ever the music leads. My style tends to loop-based, dark and moody with occasional ambient noodling or noise mongering. Eclectic influences include King Crimson, Eno, STP to Radiohead. I would especially enjoy working with any talented individual who wants to invest the time it takes to refine the sound. My principal goal is digital recording for my the sheer joy of creating with others, but would not be opposed to marketing recordings on the web or selected performance opportunities, other than playing in smoke-filled bars for deaf drunks. I need a smoke free working enviorment.
Not to put too fine a point on it, I am not seeking to pay my dues in slum bars to hopefully graduate to opening act for some other less obscure, Triangle band. If you have long since opted out of this fast track to rock stardom and now have other goals, write me a note.
