Thanks for the post.Alot of my beliefs are Scandanavian based,at least it definetly influences me.I'm glad you got to hear Burial of the Damned, its my second favorite of the Ragnar tunes, second to Nocturnal Dominance,I poured my soul into Nocturnal Dominance, and my plans are to continue that type of music. Thanks for peeping my songs, everyones asleep here so I'll have to wait to re-listen to your music..but I will be back.

I use my computer for recording as well, don't take my comment the wrong way. I don't plan on entering a studio any time soon since I just scraped the cash together for a mixer, so my guitar track doesn't sound like sh***.

look man, cause we are collage students,we couldnt afford recording it at a studio, but at the end of august we are entering the studio to record the first demo with 4 songs. one of them is on the site(The Execution) and 3 new. Anyway its two guitars, bass and drums from computer program(yes yes we are lame) . But hey, what one has to do,one has to do it. i used to play the guitar before arkhon for example.

Ah, yes. Much better! Thanks for the compliment on my message board by the way. The vocals have a raw quality to them that I like a lot and the music has a real feel to it. For some reason, it reminds me of someone bleeding and it's awesome.

Heh...you really should do something about the quality, because I'd like to hear how you truly sound. :( All I can say for now is that the vocals sound cool. I hope you guys can get some sort of studio or something to record.

God exists in his mind and those minds of people who let him exist.Honestly, think about it.You are here to live a life thats enough crap to deal with, some people cant deal with it and have to believe in something to get through difficult times. There is no God there is no Satan there is you, understand it.And maybe you will awaken.
Wrote some lyrics for this type of person:
"Pure False hopes,Nothings real.
Life entangled,wounds wont heal.
Face the sky,fear the lie.
Death awaits you,born to die"

Arkhon--this is Dixie Vornbrock--you left a message on Timothy's board saying God doesn't exist....hmmm, I wrote the lyrics for that song--and I also write heavy metal--Blood Red Dawn by Koalition. And I can tell you this my friend--the joke's on YOU--because God DOES exist--and I hope you find that out before it's too late and you're standing before Him looking down at the abyss. He loves you, and so do I, in spite of the message you left. I'll be praying for you. Metal is cool, dark feelings are a fact of life--letting satan lead your life is a waste of time, when you could have all of Paradise.... You don't HAVE to believe, that is your choice--but leave people like Timothy alone--he doesn't need that kind of grief.
In Christ,
Dixie Vornbrock

Thanks for the post on my band page and it looks like I'm the one that gets to write first on your message board. You sound pretty brutal behind the fuzzy recording. Some of your riffs are very interesting, keep up your dark ways,I'll be checking back from time to time.
Got your message and I appreciate your comments.I decided to change pretty much everything I'm doing recording wise and it made a big difference. The effects I use on my voice are just a little distortion, very small dose of it and reverb, the reverb was the big difference, before I barely used any like on "Embrace the Frost".Honestly I wasnt happy with the way my music was turning out, everyone seemed to like it but me heh.The 3 songs off of the "Nocturnal Dominance" demo is exactly how I want the music to sound(A professional studio recording would help). As far as a tip for your vocals, mess with the reverb if you have access to it.Ragnar the band has reunited and I promise you that our music will be the most hatefull Black Metal you've heard in sometime. If you get the chance and that is if you havent checked it out yet, listen to "Into a Darkened Night" and "A Plagued Existance",those 2 songs will be rerecorded(properly) and released on the demo we plan on making as a full band.Again Thank
