Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
As a teen, Arikaluv traveled internationally as a member of the MMS concert choir. Forming a passion for all genres of music her own ardor lay with some of her favorites like Donny Hathaway, Bob Marley, Chaka Kahn, Stevie Wonder and India Arie. Music has been apart of her heart and life always.
While overcoming the obstacles of the obvious “to be a star” stereotypes. This soulful song writer/songstress is ready to take the world on like a whirlwind. You’ll feel the depth of her passion in every song
The caliber of her work is truly impressive. This is an artist with IDENTITY. She is very unique. She has a strong point of view on many different topics. Arikaluv is known in her community for being a trendsetter with the potential of being a great influence in the soul realm of musical culture. Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Well, I've been working on my project for about two years. I don't perform anywhere yet. I am also in a band based out of DC called "Sounds of Life". We are a hip hop band. We expect to be doing some performing some time very soon.

Hip Hop EJay4, Hip Hop Starz (those are PC music producer programs) We use MPC, Trition, D1600, and Fender Guitars.

These tracks you will hear on soundclick were all done at home on my computer, I am hoping for some nice investors to fund my studio project so keep em' crossed. (smile) I'm learning to become more open minded, and not box myself in. I love all types of music, so I been writing songs for all types.
