Apostolos

In September of 2002, began a vision that led to a new creation in the world of rock music. That creation became Apostolos. Apostolos is made up of five members that have brought forth each ones originality and musical influences to make a bold, passionate, high energy sound. The characteristics of the music Apostolos produces contains a mix of genres that would include some of the crazy off-beats of jazz to heavy hitting metal riffs to heart stopping ballads. All brought together for the distinctive Apostolos sound. The name Apostolos was chosen out of the Greek which means an ambassador, who not only carries a message, but also represents the sender. The five members of Apostolos are: Paul Tuttle (Lead Vocals/Song Writer), Jeff Preziotti (Drums/Back Vocals/Song Writer), David Carraway (Bass Guitar/Back Vocals/Song Writer), Peter Whitford (Lead Guitar/Song Writer) and Drew Avera (Rhythm/Lead Guitar/Song Writer). Paul and David are the only two that knew each other before the formation of Apostolos from a past band during the high school years. The rest were hand picked by God. The relationships between the members are more than a band, but more like a brotherhood. This truth can be heard through the tightness in the music on and off stage. Apostolos has a strong reasoning for the work and dedication that goes beyond money and fame. With the talents we were blessed with, we want to go out into this world and give it back to the one who gave us our gifts and that is God, our Lord above. We are enjoying the steps to a professional level and making Apostolos a lifelong, full time career. We feel that we are called to bring people to peace that have "felt that way before" or have never experienced "the peace that surpasses all understanding" and to make todays generation politically aware of the destruction of American foundations.
