Apostolic Groove
Apostolic Groove is a guitar based Pop/Rock/Roots/Soul band from the middle of nowhere in southern Wisconsin.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Band leader, Mark S. Archambault has been gigging for over twenty years. Apostolic Groove grew out of NUMBER 8, which grew out of Fishin Musicians. We have recorded four CDs since 1997 and are currently recording music for a television pilot. The real Apostolic Groove is the basis for the ficticious Apostolic Groove in the novel Furries by our friend S. Peters.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play everything from roadhouses to tent revivals. Apostolic Groove has toured throughout the mid-west, south and south-western United States as well as Canada. We currently play a steady gig in southern Wisconsin. We love live gigging! New Orleans is our favorite place to play and have been to three Mardi Gras.
