Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
APOSITION ORCHESTRA is a collaboration of the musicians, participants of the APOSITION CREATIVE UNION. Mostly free jazz, improvising project led by Alexei Pliousnine. The music is strongly influenced by free-jazz classics and Russian classic composers such as Shostakovich, Stravinsky, Rimsky-Korsakov and Prokofiev. A show is accompanied by the light and video projection and differs very much from one event to another. This project is the most experimental of all the participants of the Union. Musicians often use a hand made instruments and includes all above mentioned musicians.
Music includes the features of rock, jazz and improvising music.
