Your musical influences
Because I am primarily a guitar player, I tend to be inspired by virtuosos who are both technically proficient yet still free enough to be innovative. I also typically favor those whose style of play allows for the simultaneous expression of both a melody and its accompaniment (e.g. Stanley Jordan, Paco Pena, et al.).
What equipment do you use?
My rig includes an Ibanez RG470NP solidbody electric with a DiMarzio DP155BK bridge humbucker, a Soldano HR50XL 50-watt tube head, a Line 6 AX2 100-watt 212 digital combo, a Marshall JCM 800 LS 412 straight cab, Dunlop 474R3 jazz plectrums, Dean Markley 2550 guitar strings, and GHS Fast-Fret neck lubricant.
