Hi Anton,
Hey was just putting a CD together of collabs and covers I have done and was listening to Why Dont You care. One word in there er maybe two words struck me as maybe needing changed. The song is very old school takes you back in time. Baby why dont you care or wherever you use the word Baby cant think of it now struck me as that was not the lingo of the time. Would it be better to say really love you lady why dont you care ?
The other one is much lesser an issues when the word girls is used. Maybe ladies? Oh well my two cents as that is all they are worth and not even that since you did not ask. Anyway it stuck out to me on listening what can I say?

Gday Anton,
Hope you are well and everything is ok at your end of the world! I have been "disconected" from Internet for a long time due to some major computer problems. Now everything is fixed and I am back again hoping to do (and listen to) some good music again.
I have just uploaded a partly rearranged version of our "Once Upon A Time" (just the MP3-file; not the video-version). Totally new piano backing track. I wasn´t happy with the original one. Listen to it, if you wish!

I'm fine and thought it was time to get my butt on here and catch up with you all. I have some listening to do lol heck it's gonna take a year to hear everyones new songs lol Wake Up is just lovely, wee Amy sounds amazing, your words and a lovely simple arrangement, very pretty!!

Spinning some of your tunes. Noticed Why dont you care is still the old version. Why Dont you care? LOL! Seriously does not matter to me. The version on my page has the cleaner vocals.

No, there is nothing Amy cannot sing....and it amazes me how she learns all the words to our songs too...took me a morning riding round in my car to learn the song once she'd finished it LOL

Excellent! A delightful melody, so peaceful, that suits Amy?s voice perfectly (I especially like the dynamic in her performance, and the harmonies). And your lyric is just right for this kind of relaxed songs!

Doncha just "love" the "One Star" chickens who leave one star ratings without explaining why?! I looked to see why this song only got a 3.0 rating, and saw that...made me MAD!
I totally disagreed with that rating! I ain't a chicken, but one star, to me is TOO harsh.
Amy vocals are simply beautiful, and the lyrics fit like a glove! :) The only thing I heard with the music was that during the piano instrumental, it seemed to be echoing a little too much, causing a little discordance, as if a delay/too much reverb(I'm not sure which) had been added,(which wasn't needed quite so much, just a little would have done) that was all.
Amy did well with the mixing..and you know, people's got to learn as they go with this craft..and mistakes are made and learned from.
Nice job on the writing, Anton. :D Nice, sweet and romantic...I love this! :)
MORE!!! :D You're doing well..I was starting to wonder when you were going to turn out another beautiful song. :D

Sounds beautiful and captivatin'.Sugarbee's at her best.Lyrics fits like a glove.Perhaps,it was lyrics first and music second,-in this case,-but very natural flow and total symbioisis in between music-lyrics-and vocal is really hard to miss.Buttons shut with all fire-arms at hand....LOL!
