Leasing Rights (20) You can use the instrumental for one commercial project (for example, a single or an ep) Anthony Xavier Productions retains sole rights and you are required to give appropriate credit when using the instrumental. Upon payment you will receive a leasing contract and a CD-R with the full instrumental (minus voice tags) in your preferred format.
Exclusive Rights (100) You may use the instrumental for as many commercial projects as you wish. Whilst the track becomes yours, you will need to give credit to Anthony Xavier Productions. Upon payment you will receive an exclusive rights contract and a CD-R with the full instrumental (minus voice tags) in your preferred format.
