We're a rockin' New Country Band called Double Clutchn', featuring Anne Finley.
Anne is the "Real Deal", a truck drivin' (yes, i said truck driving, as in 18 wheels!)Redneck Woman who's a fabulous talent, and is working towards getting a record deal.
She has had success with 2 single releases, both featured here. The current single, "Missing Piece" is on the Country Charts and gaining airplay across Canada.

Born in Toronto ; Anne grew up in a small town called Pefferlaw, Ontario. Anne started singing at a young age and according to her Mom, .."was stealing the spotlight by the time she was 6 years old."
In her teens Anne participated in various vocal ensembles, musicals and playing saxophone in jazz bands as well as concert bands. In the early 90's Anne performed with various bands in Southern Ontario.
During the 90's Anne has participated in numerous singing contests, winning some and placing in the top in others.
In 1997 Anne embarked on a career that would definitely influence her song writing. She says that being a lady truck driver gives her opportunities to see places and meet people that give her inspiration for her song writing.
In 2000 Anne started working on her Debut single project with Jim Hopson of Wellcraft Music Group. This effort was released to Canadian Country Radio in May 2003. By September 2003 "Playin' Second Fiddle" reached 92 on the Canadian Country Chart as published by Country Music News.
In 2003 Anne enjoyed performing in various venues as the Sentimental Journey, Baldwin; the Whitby Fair; Oshawa Canada Day Celebration; the Sutton Fair; as well as the Corner Coffee House, Newmarket to name a few.
In 2004 Anne participated in the Rising Star Contest as promoted by Corus Entertainment's radio station Country 95.3 FM. Anne made it to the finals!
In July 2005 Anne met with 4 great musicians and the wheels were rollin'! Her band Double Clutchn' was born! This five piece band is one hot show! The fun chemistry between Anne and her band mates makes for a night of great music and loads of fun and laughs!

In July 2006 we played at The Corral Beach Bash in Bowmanville ON sharing the stage with Aaron Pritchett, Colin Amey, Grag Hannah and Steven Lee Olsen. It was a great success! We are currently taking booking for the New Year and will have those dates posted as they are confirmed.
