Traditional Irish

Hi, Im Andreas Weiland from Sweden. I play Irish and Scottish traditional music, so I thought Id put up some mp3:s here. You are welcome to mail me at: grisfisk@yahoo.com Also Id like to thank those who already have!
Band/artist history
I started playing Irish traditional music some years agoafter one of my cousins introduced me to a band called Quilty. (www.quiltymusic.com) Ive stuck with it ever since.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes, recently Ive done a few collaborations with a Swedish choir called "Kuriosakören" at concerts and exhibitions and parties. This summer a did two concerts in Galway Ireland.
Your musical influences
Quilty, Emily Smith, Christy Moore
What equipment do you use?
N-track studio
Anything else?
Ive recently invested in a hand-built Irish bouzouki. An instrument that Ive longed for for many years and it sounds awesome. It can be seen together with the proud owner in my picture. My first song with it is The Hare's Lament, found in the music page. Ive recently managed to break glass using only my voice, check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruqjAoB0vNQ
