AMONG THE DECAYED is a Thrashing Death Grind band from Portland, Oregon. AMONG THE DECAYED combine elements of Brutality, Precision, Speed, Grind, Thrash and Death to coordinate a malevolent assault on the senses. In early 2005 the 4-song EP, A Perfect Day For Terror, was released by AMONG THE DECAYED under Death Hatchet Records.

Band/artist history

Among The Decayed was officially formed in Portland, Oregon July of 2004. 3/4 of the band were in a previous local PDX band named SPINDRIFT that broke up in 2002. Kevin (vox), however came to Portland from Georgia after being in and out of bands himself. after a couple year hiatus, we're ready to hit the scene again!!
