AmarAnth guitar
Hi, I'm the guitarist of the band AmarAnth (not the original one though)
I've been playing guitar since highschool. I'm a student so I rarely get to play at gigs, even to jam with my bandmates since they are busy too. Today, I'm gonna start to compose songs, guitar phrases and stuffs like that on my computer.. So the songs would still be pretty much bad since I'm not used to do this kind of thing.. Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Well we used to, but we don't anymore.. I'd really love to play live again..
Your musical influences
Shawn Lane (unfortunately, he's already dead), Joe Satriani (for showing so much "discipline" in his songs), Steve Vai (who wouldn't admire how energetic he is on live performance), Andy Timmons and Eric Johnson (These guys make my heart cry, they put so much "feeling" in their songs) and many more
What equipment do you use?
I used to have Aria Pro 2 vanguard series and zoom GFX8 guitar effects processor, But I had already sold them..
AT the moment, I use my fernando guitar, and a zoom g1...
