Allusive is a six member alternative rock band from Searcy, Arkansas.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Allusive is an accumulation of unique band members that have come together from Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama and California. This diversity has culminated into a sound like no other with haunting melodic bellows and grinding guttural screams. They have made their way into the scene with lowered distorted chunky riffs, booming bass lines, hammering double bass lines, rhythms overlaid with melodic, dark and sensational leads.
Allusive has spent the past three years playing at different venues while further developing a sound that is now uniquely theirs. The band has a brand new revolutionizing sound and they continue to work diligently to perfect every song with tantalizing, ear-catching vocals and hooking riffs with their hearts focused on the never-ending dream and vision that is Allusive.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play live at places in Little Rock, Arkansas. Some venues we have played at include Juanita's, the Pour House, West End, Bongo's and Downtown Music and Records.
