This song is our first complete recording. Excuse the title, it is rather difficult to name intstrumental pieces. Especially one that is hard to put your finger on. The others were named properly, this one wasn't! :P
Jack-In-Irons Jack-In-Irons
Excuse the horrible tapping riff, I was out of it at the time. Still incomplete.
The Zelda Song The Zelda Song
A short clip of the intro to The Zelda Song, writen in it's entirety by Bradley Ivany, Theoden Ellis, and Evan Bowen
This is the Progressive Instrumental Rock Band, Alice, from Newfoundland.Band/artist history
Basically, I was in a band, that was punk/metal, and i wanted to play some Zeppelin, so me and Brad started a Zep cover band, but then when I realised he wrote some amazingly good songs, I decided to stay as an original band, based more on our new favorite bands, Dream Theater and Symphony X and Video Game Music. We picked up Theoden on Bass and liked him, so he stayed.Have you performed in front of an audience? No live venues, unless my basement counts!
Your musical influences
Dream Theater
Dixie Dregs
Tool
Symphony X
Those are the main ones. What equipment do you use?
Well, Brad uses a Kustom 30 watt amp, connected to a home made Cabinet, and Thee plays a Washburn 75 watt.. I have Dixon Drums, Sabian Cymbals, Vic Firth Sticks and Gibraltar gear. Brad has A Washburn X-50, and Thee has the Slammer by Hamer.Anything else?
We love music theory and Brad enjoys using chord structure to his advantgae in our songs.Contact
