Hey man.. well "Lost" had a nice feel to it, good guitar playing, but the vocals were way over reverbed, with lots of delayed, it distorted on my speakers.. bring that down a bit, it sound good..
"Seed" needs more substance, the guitar sounds like it's playing inside a metal drum or something to that effect, and muffled somewhat.. no expert on the sound/mixing stuff, but just seemed far off..
I'm assuming Seed still in production, and if "Lost" is pretty much finished, then I'd say you'll likely turn "seed" into a good song as well.
